1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and syok8 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs all use of the syok8 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the syok8 brand.

2 Eligibility to Become a syok8 Member

3 Registration & Account Management

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Syok8 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

• Transferring an account to another party, whether for free or for payment, is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is permitted. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card, passport, or other official identity documents recognized in Malaysia, along with proof of current address.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Syok8 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary delays. Withdrawals are processed according to the member's membership tier priority, with VIP members enjoying prioritised processing.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for certain VIP tiers.
• Processing time: Standard members within 24 hours, Silver members within 3 hours, Gold members and above within 1 hour on business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the syok8 platform:

• Using offensive language, making threats, insulting, or harassing other members or syok8 staff.
• Sharing or promoting content that is illegal, offensive, or contains elements of racism.
• Attempting to hack, compromise security, or disrupt the operations of the syok8 platform.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering through the syok8 platform.
• Filing false claims, providing false identification details, or impersonating another person.
• Colluding with other members to cheat the system or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, account termination, forfeiture of balance and wins, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Syok8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or activities suspected of involving financial crime.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Requirement to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the syok8 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal after all security checks are completed, subject to fulfilment of the relevant conditions.

10 syok8 Limitation of Liability

Syok8 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, syok8 cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet every user expectation.

• Syok8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
